How do I get access?
Apply and we'll review it. Every account is opened manually: that's how we keep the platform clean and how we set the right terms for you.
How does pricing work?
A monthly subscription starting at $199, plus token usage at each provider's published rate with a 20% platform fee. One invoice at the end of each month.
What does the subscription cover?
Your dedicated gateway instance, with its own endpoint, provider keys and rate limits, plus key management, spend controls, consolidated billing, and support.
Do you mark up provider pricing?
Yes, 20% on Business. Provider rates are published and you can verify them against your invoice. Enterprise rates are negotiated.
Are failed requests billed?
No. Requests that fail without generating a response aren't charged. If a response is interrupted after generation has begun, you're charged for the tokens actually processed.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card on Business. Card and bank transfer on Enterprise. We don't store payment methods and never charge you automatically.
Do prepaid credits expire?
Twelve months from the date of payment, oldest first. We email you thirty days before any batch expires.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Monthly, cancel anytime. Prepaid balance is non-refundable, so spend it down before closing your account: anything left at closure is forfeited.
